That part about the $10 Bonus Cards are emailed January 1 is a bit disappointing. Can’t use it during the holidays when most people are off.

Unlimited soup? I've never heard of this.

The best thing about this place is their sour dough bread.
…or should I say only good thing about this place other than the ambiance which is nice to experience at least once.
The actual pasta is okay. I can make better sauces in my sleep

Okay I am a little disappointed to see that no one has fully pointed out you get free/unlimited sourdough bread WITH a selection of whipped butters, soup or salad (and you can start with a soup and ask to try a salad afterwards), ice cream for dessert AND tea/coffee during the meal. In these times of complaining about everything being a rip off, OSF is one of the best and still offers the best value in my opinion. Two of us can eat lunch there for under $30 - Pretty much the same price as 2 Big Mac meals but I get the extras and a nice restaurant meal.

These places are dying off in the west. The food is cheap, but you get what you pay for.

One of my favorite places. You won't find pastas with black truffle shavings that inflate the prices by 30%, but instead you will get excellent value and a cozy, fun decor. Three course for $25-30? Yes please. The food was always fresh and tasty when I dined in. The service was prompt and attentive despite the large number of guests. The pessimists should realize most Italian dishes are cheap in cost of ingredients.
God, now I'm hungry.

You go for the spumoni ice cream. You stay for the unlimited bread.

considering how some restaurants charge almost $20 for a burger (with no sides), getting bread, soup/salad, a main, and dessert for the same price is excellent value.

Their pasta is so disappointing. Even BP’s Ravioli was better. The unlimited bread and garlic spread are great though

for a pasta place, they sure taste like Chef Boyardee. I can make better at home.

It's not bad, overall. Parents can usually find something that the kids will eat. For grown ups, it depends on what you order. I last tried it about 4 years ago; one entree was delicious but the other was mediocre.

One hope is that the place is kept a bit cleaner due to COVID. All that sauce and bread and lotsa turnover made the restaurant super messy, a bit grimey.
