    • The supreme has 5 streams of water into the pod which is supposed to enhance the coffee but Im not convinced that it really makes much of a difference because of the size of the pods. Im pretty sure that with just one stream it pours water fast enough to soak the whole pod...
      Maybe someone will be able to do a real scientific test to test the coffee to measure the contents of a cup after a pour.

      Are these machines worth 100, 200 bucks? Imo no they are not. Theres nothing in it that justifies the price imo.
      Yeah early reviews of the supreme are YMMV based on the pod being used. A lot of complaints that the new piercing results in grounds in the coffee. As always with Keurig, best to wait for them to work on the issues on new machines.

      And for those lucky few, this was $49.99 just prior to the sale as clearance in many stores. They did correct it so you had to be fast.

      I think they meant quantity of 999 to check stock (page will show you exact stock if you go over).

      Agree. On 2 lower models, the water tank position is adjustable to left, right or back. Not sure why they didn't do that on their top model.

    • The container is a whole puny 3oz more than the Elite. When are they going to have a half decent reservoir that doesn't need to be filled every day. That's my biggest pet peave with these machines.

    • Even though this machine has 3 temp settings, from reading reviews, people still complain the coffee is not hot enough. πŸ˜”. I usually run one cup without coffee to warm up my cup. Then another with the coffee, seems to help a bit.
      I have noticed the following, when i power up it heats up, then , when I select a cup size (medium) the thing sucks up some water (from ambient reservoir , obviously) and starts to dispense. So before it starts to dispense , I press power off.
      Now, when you power up , it heats the volume up properly and doesn't suck any more water because the cup selection volume is already detected. Not that I can taste any difference, but just sharing some observations πŸ˜ƒ

      No, those were Keurig 2.0 machines and they don't make them anymore. But this punctures 5 holes on top instead of one. And thus also uses a new reusable k cup design (included) if you don't use pods.

      In my experience with other Keurigs, I don't like tea or hot chocolate pods. For tea, there is just not enough time for the tea to steep. For hot chocolate, I just prefer fresh milk and good cocoa powder, instead of whatever they put in the pods.
