Dec 7 automated letting me know it was on the way
Dec 7 driver called when 10 mins away
Delivered and installed, stunning tv. Now wether to purchase extra warranty or not...
Just to summarize:
Nov 24 - Ordered with a selected estimated delivery date of Dec 1
Nov 30 - No phone call, emailed samsung home delivery
Dec 2 - Got a call to reschedule to Dec 6
Dec 5 - Automated call and text to confirm delivery time slot
Dec 6 - Automated call to let me know delivery was 10 mins away, arrived and delivered.

Anyone knows if we can purchase extra warranty for this tv if we did not select it at checkout?
I also had submitted a "Where's my cash back?" to Rakuten and they just got back to me and gave me $97.50 cash back. So hopefully that sticks until the next Big Fat Cheque *fingers crossed*
My samsung order status on my education account has said "delivered" (from dispatched) for a couple days now so I'm assuming the delivery team has the TV in their warehouse in my area but is backed up with BF volume and weather/snow.
Update on a timeline for you guys that have ordered:
We ordered on November 23 and received confirmation with email that same evening. The next morning, Samsung called and emailed, asking me for confirmation of delivery address and to let me know that they are out of stock and it might be a couple of weeks before I would get delivery and if I wanted, I could cancel the order. I told him I would wait. On Saturday, I got an email from Samsung saying "my goods are on the way" (to the home delivery team) and then Monday, I got a text from the delivery company saying they would deliver Tues, Nov 30 but then because of the snow, (we're in Vancouver and sh!t hits the fan when it snows here), I got another text on Tuesday saying my delivery would be Dec 1. It was finally delivered today at 4pm.
So far so good...now we have to mount it and I'm scared.
I'm in Oakville.
Anyone got their tv delivered yet? Mine should arrive come saturday.
I just picked up the QN90A from costco instead because QLED is brighter than OLED and my room is very bright as it has 3 windows.
My estimated delivery is Dec 1 and I’m in BC.
Tracking my order online is inconsistent too as there’s likely some caching issues being signed into regular samsung, venngo workperks, perkopolis, education accounts. As long as you’re getting the emails then things should be moving right along.
Just got my order confirmation email detailing the delivery process and asking me to wait for a call from the delivery team.

Tried logging into "my account" through the email link "visit my account" .
It asked me to "Please enter your student email below to verify your Samsung account. Employee code"
I typed it in... but won't let me into the site saying "Please enter a valid employee code"
Anyone had this issue ?
Would have pulled the trigger but nowhere to put until March or so.
